Hose Production

The STAUFF production center offers services for the production of high-pressure hoses according to the technical specifications and drawings of the Customer.

STAUFF capabilities: 

• Modern high pressure hose assembly line 

• Hydraulic hoses STAUFF FLEX (nominal diameter from 6 to 50 mm) and fittings for high pressure hoses of STAUFF's own production 

• Strict adherence to high-pressure hose assembly technology 

• Pressure tests (test stand up to 2800 bar) 

• Labeling of finished products (types of labeling - STAUFF standard or as agreed with the Customer) 

• Installation of protection for high pressure hoses from external influences 

• Permanent stock and a wide range of rubber and fittings for high pressure hoses 

• Patented technologies and special solutions for various applications
