Clamp Bodies (Standard Series)

Clamping jaw pairs (consisting of two identical clamp halves), Standard Series according to DIN 3015, Part 1 for common diameters of between 6 and 102 millimetres. Vibration-damping and noise-reducing. Made of plastic (polypropylene PP, polyamide PA, elastomer SA and aluminium AL). Flame-retardant materials to comply with fire protection requirements. UV-resistant, weathering-resistant, chemical-resistant. Smooth and profiled versions. With and without tension clearance. For the fixing of pipes, tubes, hoses, cables and other components – and not just in hydraulics.

Standard Series according to DIN 3015, Part 1

Most economical solution available for quick, easy and secure pipe, tube, hose and cable installation

Original STAUFF Block Clamps according to German Industry Standard DIN 3015 (Part 1), designed as a construction kit for the installation of pipes, tubes, hoses, cables and other flexible or rigid components with the most common metric and imperial outside diameters from 6 mm to 102 mm / .24 inch to 4.02 inch. 

Clamp bodies manufactured from various thermoplastics, thermoplastic elastomers or aluminium – also with shock-absorbing and noise-reducing elastomer inserts. Excellent UV, weathering and chemical resistance – even under extreme conditions. Tested and approved by several independent certification organisations.

For more than 50 years, STAUFF Clamps symbolise quick and easy as well as secure installation of pipes, tubes, hoses, cables and other flexible and rigid components with outside diameters up to 1016 mm / 40.00 inch. 
 
Their vibration and noise reducing features are appreciated as being an important contribution to environmental protection and occupational health and safety.

The processing of fire-proof clamp body materials tested and approved according to several international fire-protection standards (such as BS 6853, EN 45545-2, UL 94) is only one of the many particular strengths of STAUFF.

For the finishing of the range of pipe, tube, hose and cable clamps as well as metal hardware in carbon steel, STAUFF relies on the STAUFF Zinc/Nickel surface coating which has proven successful for many years. It provides reliable surface protection – even after transport, handling and assembly – and meets all current legal requirements. 

Versions in stainless steel V2A and V4A are generally available from stock. Alternative materials and surfaces are available on request.
