Series HV

The HV series screw-to-connect couplings with poppet valve from STAUFF are designed for high-pressure applications with high flow rates and pulse loads. They consist of a coupling sleeve with a winged screw sleeve and a coupling plug with an external thread. The robust design enables safe, tool-free tightening and loosening of hydraulic lines - even under pressure of up to 100 bar.

The HV series is particularly suitable for applications in the oil and gas industry (on land), in mobile equipment and for heavy-duty transport and construction machinery. The use of a heavy-duty ACME thread ensures long-lasting connection strength, while the high-performance seat valve design prevents the seal from washing out under operating pressure. Once fully coupled, all internal components have minimal play, which significantly reduces the risk of material fatigue. At the same time, the occurrence of "brinelling" - permanent indentations on the connector - is reliably avoided.

The HV series is available in several nominal sizes and is designed for operating pressures of up to 650 bar. The coupling can be connected under pressure up to 100 bar (1450 PSI) - both male and female.
